Acceptable Use Policy
The rules every merchant, contractor, and seller must follow when using Alzar Logic and its payment features.
Effective Date: October 22, 2026 · Applies to: Alzar Logic and all services operated by Alzar Technologies LLC and SOG Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "us")
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules that every business, merchant, contractor, or seller ("Merchant") must follow when using our platform, websites, or payment features (including PayPal checkout) to offer goods or services and accept payments from customers. By using the platform, each Merchant agrees to this AUP. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Who Must Follow This Policy
Every Merchant account, its owners, employees, and anyone acting on its behalf. Merchants are responsible for all activity under their account.
2. General Requirements
Merchants must:
- Be a legally operating business and provide accurate business name, contact details, and ownership information.
- Hold and keep current every license, permit, insurance, and registration their work requires (for example, state contractor licenses), and only offer services within the scope of those licenses.
- Describe goods and services, prices, fees, timelines, and refund or cancellation terms clearly and truthfully before a customer pays.
- Deliver what was paid for, or refund the customer under the stated terms.
- Respond to customer complaints and disputes promptly and in good faith.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws, and with the rules of every payment provider used, including the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Prohibited Activities
Merchants may not use the platform or its payment features for:
- Illegal goods or services, or anything that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Unlicensed or out-of-scope contracting or professional services where a license is required by law.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or unapproved drugs or supplements making false health claims.
- Firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, explosives, or other weapons regulated by law.
- Adult content or sexually oriented services.
- Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance requiring payment.
- Investment schemes, securities, cryptocurrency sales, money transmission, debt collection, credit repair, or “get rich quick” programs.
- Pyramid or Ponzi schemes, multi-level marketing with recruitment-based payouts, or similar programs.
- Deceptive, unfair, or predatory practices, including bait-and-switch pricing, hidden fees, fake reviews, or misleading advertising.
- Collecting payment for goods or services the Merchant does not intend or is unable to deliver.
- Processing payments on behalf of another business (factoring or “transaction laundering”).
- Hate speech, harassment, violence, or content that promotes discrimination.
- Any activity prohibited by PayPal or another payment provider connected to the account.
4. Payments and Customer Data
- Charge customers only for authorized amounts and keep records of each transaction.
- Do not split transactions to avoid limits, or add surcharges that violate law or payment provider rules.
- Do not store full card or bank credentials outside the payment provider’s systems.
- Use customer personal information only to provide the purchased service and as described in the applicable privacy policy.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We review Merchants at onboarding and may monitor listings, transactions, complaints, and chargeback activity. If we believe a Merchant has violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice:
- request information or documents (such as licenses or proof of delivery);
- remove listings or content;
- pause or disable payment features;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- report the activity to payment providers or law enforcement.
Merchants remain responsible for refunds, chargebacks, fees, and penalties arising from their violations.
6. Reporting a Violation
To report a suspected violation, email support@sogtechsolutions.io with the Merchant name and details.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. The current version and effective date are always posted at this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means the Merchant accepts the updated AUP.
