What We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, role, and workspace association provided at registration or invitation.

Contact & mobile data: Phone numbers you provide on web forms or to our team, plus SMS opt-in/opt-out records when you consent to receive text messages.

Usage data: Module activity, feature interactions, and session metadata used to improve the product and provide support.

Business data: Job records, financial entries, client information, and other operational data you enter into the platform. This data belongs to your organization. We process it on your behalf as a data processor.

AI interaction data: When you use Alzar AI, prompts and responses are processed to generate replies. Vector embeddings may be stored in your workspace's conversation memory collection. This data is scoped to your tenant and is not shared with other workspaces.

Uploaded documents: Files uploaded for AI-assisted review are processed to generate a structured response. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any third-party materials.

Alzar Logic Mobile Application (Android)

The Alzar Logic mobile application (com.alzar.ai) is part of the Platform. When you use the mobile app as an authorized user of a tenant workspace, we may collect and process:

• Account and authentication data — email/credentials and related Firebase Auth identity needed to sign you into your tenant workspace.
• Audio recordings and transcripts — microphone audio you choose to record (for example job-site or customer conversations), stored and transcribed to support conversation summaries, tasks, and draft estimates. Recording features require affirmative in-app consent confirmation before a new recording session begins. The tenant customer is responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from other parties being recorded.
• Approximate location — coarse/approximate location may be captured in connection with recording consent records (city/region context), not continuous tracking.
• Business operational data — clients, pipeline/jobs, tasks, estimates, and related tenant records you create or sync through the app.
• Device and push tokens — notification tokens used to deliver operational push notifications.
• Diagnostics — limited crash and performance diagnostics (for example Firebase Crashlytics) to maintain app reliability.

Processors that may receive mobile-app data to provide the service include Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Messaging, Crashlytics), speech-to-text providers used for transcription, and authorized AI providers (including Google Gemini) for summarization and related assisted workflows.

Mobile-app data is processed for platform functionality for the tenant, under the same tenant-isolation and no-sale-of-personal-data commitments described in this policy. We do not use microphone access or approximate location for advertising.

Account / data deletion: Authorized users and tenant administrators may request deletion of account access and associated personal data by contacting support@alzarlogic.com (and through tenant admin controls where available). See Delete Account & Data for step-by-step instructions. Enterprise tenant business records may also be subject to the tenant's retention instructions and lawful retention requirements.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Alzar Logic platform
• To authenticate your identity and enforce workspace permissions
• To generate AI-assisted responses and workspace-specific memory
• To send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, support)
• To send operational SMS notifications you have opted into (missed-call replies, job/quote alerts, estimate activity)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train general AI models.

SMS / Mobile Information

If you opt in to Alzar Logic text messages, we use your mobile number to deliver operational notifications only (missed-call auto-replies, job and quote alerts, and estimate activity alerts), as described on our SMS Notifications page. This program does not send marketing, promotional, discount, or advertising messages. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Storage & Residency

Operational data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase) in the us-east1 region. Google's infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant.

Third-Party Services

Your Rights

You may request a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Send requests to support@alzarlogic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Account and workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and billing purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained as needed for compliance. Audit logs are retained for a minimum period required by applicable law.
