How to permanently delete your Alzar Logic account and associated personal data.

Overview
This page explains how to delete your Alzar Logic account — including the Android mobile app (com.alzar.ai) — and request deletion of your associated personal data. This applies whether you use Alzar Logic as an individual authorized user or as a tenant administrator managing a workspace.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once processed. If you are an authorized user inside a company (tenant) workspace, your business's administrator may also control some of your access and data under their own retention obligations — see What May Be Retained.
Delete In the App
You can request account deletion directly from the Alzar Logic mobile app:
- Open the Alzar Logic app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- You will receive an email confirming your deletion request has been received.
If you do not see this option in your version of the app, use the email request method below — it has the same effect.
Request by Email
You can also request deletion of your account and personal data without opening the app by emailing support@alzarlogic.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Please include:
- The email address or phone number used to sign in
- Your workspace / company name, if known
- Whether you want your account deleted, or account + all associated personal data deleted
We will verify your identity before processing the request.
What Gets Deleted
Once a deletion request is completed, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account profile, login credentials, and Firebase Auth identity
- Audio recordings and transcripts you created, and any derived summaries or draft estimates tied to your personal account
- Device and push notification tokens
- Approximate location records tied to recording consent
- Personal usage and diagnostic data associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after your account is deleted where required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons:
- Tenant business records:Jobs, estimates, invoices, and client records you created belong to your organization's workspace. If you are an authorized user within a company tenant, that tenant's administrator may retain these business records under their own retention instructions and applicable law, even after your personal login is deleted.
- Billing and financial records: Retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs: Retained for a limited period to protect the platform and other users.
- Backups: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged on the normal backup rotation schedule.
Timeline
We process account deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. Backup purges may take up to an additional 90 days to fully complete on the normal rotation schedule.
