Program Overview
Alzar Technologies LLC, doing business as Alzar Logic("we," "us," or "Alzar Logic"), operates this SMS messaging program. Alzar Logic sends operational and transactional notifications only to people and account users who have opted in. This program does not send marketing, promotional, discount, sale, or advertising messages.
- Who sends: Alzar Technologies LLC / Alzar Logic
- Who receives: Callers who leave missed calls, customers and prospects with an active job or quote relationship, and Alzar Logic workspace users who opted in to receive operational SMS alerts
- Why we send: Missed-call auto-replies, job and quote status updates, and estimate activity alerts so recipients can stay informed about their account or business workflow
This page is the terms and conditions for the Alzar Logic SMS notifications program. It is separate from our general Terms of Service. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not required to use Alzar Logic products or services, request a demo, or make a purchase.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to Alzar Logic operational SMS notifications by one or more of the following methods:
- On the Alzar Logic app login / account page (app.alzarlogic.com/login.html), entering your mobile number and checking an optional, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive operational text notifications (missed-call replies, job and quote alerts, and estimate activity alerts). You can log in or create an account without checking this box.
- Providing a mobile number in connection with a call, quote, job, or estimate and agreeing to receive related operational SMS updates for that relationship
- Providing verbal or written consent to an Alzar Logic representative, which we record for compliance
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner of the mobile number provided (or have authority to opt that number in) and that you agree to these SMS Notifications Terms and our Privacy Policy. Consent covers operational notifications only — not marketing or promotional texts.
What We Send
Messages are limited to operational notifications, such as:
- Missed-call auto-replies when a call is not answered
- Transactional job and quote status alerts
- Estimate activity alerts (for example, when a customer views an estimate)
We do not send discounts, limited-time offers, seasonal specials, sales, deals, promos, or other marketing content through this program.
Example messages (templated fields shown in brackets):
Alzar Logic: Sorry we missed your call! We will follow up shortly. What is the best time to connect? Reply STOP to cancel.
Alzar Logic: Thanks [FirstName]! Your quote #[QuoteNumber] has been approved. We will reach out with next steps. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Alzar Logic Alert: Customer [CustomerName] just viewed Estimate #[EstimateNumber] ($[Amount]). Reply STOP to opt out.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any Alzar Logic notification text. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.
You may also email support@alzarlogic.com and request removal from the SMS program.

Message Frequency & Rates
- Frequency: Message frequency varies and is driven by account activity (missed calls, job or quote updates, and estimate events). You may receive multiple messages in a short period when activity is high, or none when there is no activity.
- Cost:Message and data rates may apply. Alzar Logic does not charge a fee for the SMS program; your carrier's standard rates apply.
- Supported carriers may vary. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Privacy & Data Sharing
We collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent records solely to operate this operational notifications program for Alzar Logic. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver messages and maintain the program on our behalf. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
