Program Overview
Alzar Technologies LLC, doing business as Alzar Logic("we," "us," or "Alzar Logic"), operates this SMS messaging program. Alzar Logic sends promotional and marketing text messages to people who have opted in to receive them.

- Who receives: Prospective customers, waitlist members, and existing customers who provided a mobile number and expressly consented to receive marketing SMS from Alzar Logic
- Why we send: Product updates, early-access offers, pricing and promotion announcements, demo invitations, and other marketing related to the Alzar Logic contractor and fabricator business platform
This page is the terms and conditions for the Alzar Logic SMS program. It is separate from our general Terms of Service. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not required to use Alzar Logic products or services, request a demo, or make a purchase.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to Alzar Logic marketing SMS by one or more of the following methods:
- On the Alzar Logic app login / account page (app.alzarlogic.com/login.html), entering your mobile number and checking an optional, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive recurring marketing text messages from Alzar Logic. You can log in or create an account without checking this box.
- Completing a web form on alzarlogic.com where you enter your mobile number and check an optional SMS consent box, when that option is offered
- Providing verbal or written consent to an Alzar Logic representative during a sales or support conversation, which we record for compliance
- Texting an advertised keyword (such as JOIN) to an Alzar Logic campaign phone number, when that option is offered
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner of the mobile number provided (or have authority to opt that number in) and that you agree to these SMS Notifications Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What We Send
Messages may include:
- Promotional offers, pricing announcements, and early-access invitations
- Product feature updates and educational tips about Alzar Logic
- Demo, webinar, or event invitations
- Follow-up marketing related to inquiries you submitted

How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any Alzar Logic marketing text. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further marketing messages from this program unless you opt in again.
You may also email support@alzarlogic.com and request removal from the SMS program.

Message Frequency & Rates
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. Subscribers typically receive up to 4 marketing messages per month.
- Cost:Message and data rates may apply. Alzar Logic does not charge a fee for the SMS program; your carrier's standard rates apply.
- Supported carriers may vary. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Privacy & Data Sharing
We collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent records solely to operate this messaging program and related customer communications for Alzar Logic. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver messages and maintain the program on our behalf. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
